2. Paddle Merchant of Record Compliance

Our order checkout, billing, and subscription processes are managed exclusively by **Paddle**. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. When you purchase items on Mintello.shop, your payment is processed by Paddle, and their terms and conditions apply to the transaction. Paddle coordinates card protection, compliance, tax management, and secure payment handling.

3. Accuracy of Sourcing & Product Info

We compile product descriptions, specifications, and images using data from international sourcing systems (including official affiliate programs). While we aim for maximum accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing cost adjustments, or delivery times are error-free.

4. Shipping and Custom Fees

Items are shipped directly from our manufacturing and warehousing partners globally. Shipping times (typically 12-15 business days) are estimations, not guarantees. The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including any import custom duties or taxes.
