Mintello.shop is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package by the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Package Tracking

Every order includes live, end-to-end tracking. You can track your parcel by entering your Order ID on the **Account** tab or by clicking the tracking URL in your shipment confirmation email.
