What our photos show
- Studio or controlled lighting so plating color and stone sparkle are visible. Color on your phone or monitor may differ slightly.
- The style of the piece you receive — same design family. Hand-finished plating and setting can have minor batch variation.
- Props and scale — lifestyle crops may use models or surfaces; use product dimensions and weight on the PDP when listed.
What photos are not
- Not proof of solid gold, natural diamond, or certified gemstones unless the listing states that material in plain language.
- Not a guarantee of identical sparkle under every light (plated fashion jewelry).
- Not medical or hypoallergenic certification — see materials and care on each product.
QC before listing
Held stock is checked for obvious plating defects, broken clasps/settings, and photo match before publish. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, contact support within our issue-reporting window with clear photos.
