1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a **30-day return policy**, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Sourcing Warning

Important Return Notice

Do NOT return packages to the supplier address printed on the shipping label.

Because our items are sourced globally, returning items to the manufacturer address will result in packages getting lost. All returns must be shipped to our designated local sorting warehouse. Please contact support to receive a prepaid return label and warehouse address.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Settlements (Paddle)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically by **Paddle**, our Merchant of Record.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking provider.
